The dining space is personally designed by Wu Tou, founder of “Ying Shi Design.” The exterior combines different materials to reflect Tainan’s rich cultural heritage, while the interior features thoughtful design elements that convey our brand’s respect for nature and connection to the environment, symbolizing transformation and growth in both dietary habits and lifestyle.

Mao Su specializes in innovative plant-based cuisine, using healthy cooking methods to reduce the burden on the body and provide safe, wholesome meals. Through our food and service, we aim to achieve balance of body and mind, fostering a sustainable cycle in harmony with nature.
