A Beautiful Memory from Home — A Heartfelt Offering

The taste of food is a thread that connects time, memories, and family.
It links the bond between parents and children, and builds moments of warmth shared at the table.

Founder Mao Yao-Cheng created Feng Jou to preserve these memories — rich, personal, and full of heart — just like home.

As a child, one of his warmest memories was sharing a good meal with his father, who often worked away from home. These rare meals became treasured memories, and the beginning of a shared dream in cooking.

Since 2005, Feng Jou Group has focused on using honest ingredients to create safe, healthy dining experiences — connecting generations through food, and building a better food culture in Taiwan.

We believe the key to a perfect meal is the right food in the right environment.

In a competitive food industry filled with concerns about food safety, many people no longer know what they’re really eating.
That’s why we take our role seriously — choosing ingredients with care and ensuring full traceability.

We go the extra mile — working directly with local farmers and suppliers across Taiwan, introducing high-quality chilled pork (Ju Hao Pork) to the market, and even partnering with experts to grow the best Japanese green onions — all to improve the quality of dining in Taiwan.

Through these efforts, we aim to build a sustainable food future, giving consumers better choices and creating a positive cycle in the food industry.

We also believe space tells a story. That’s why we choose heritage buildings as our platform for sustainability — renovating old homes with local charm to preserve the culture and memories of Tainan.
Together with our design team, we bring soul into each space, so that every meal becomes a moment filled with emotion, rooted in the stories of home.
